Traineeships @ the YMCA Traineeships are a system of combining accredited training and employment so that people entering an occupation can receive instruction on specific skills while working in the industry.  Traineeships are available in a range of different occupations, and at both Certificate II and III level.  The training component of the traineeship is funded by the Queensland Government’s.
