Traineeships mean you can train your own people.  They give you staff who are familiar with your company, your work environment, your standards, your equipment and your customers.  It's also your chance to give someone an opportunity to learn valuable skills as you teach them what you know.

Employers taking on trainees may be eligibleto receive Commonwealth incentive fundign of up to $4000.
